Acai Bowl!

If you've been curious about acai bowls and haven't given them a try yet, now is the time! It is a quick, easy, and delicious way to start your day.

For all of my smoothies, I use a personal sized blender to make just the right amount and it means super easy clean up.

To make, blend frozen acai (I use about 1/3 of one Sambazon frozen acai packet), frozen blueberries, frozen banana, fresh spinach and almond milk. Top it with any or all of these delicious toppings: sliced fresh banana, shredded coconut, nuts, granola and hemp seeds. Add a drizzle of local honey and you've got a gorgeous breakfast to fuel your body and mind!
