1 Minute Mental Vacation!

This is a beautiful and short exercise, almost like hitting the mental reset button. Perfect when you just need a mini mental break.

 

Lay your palm, with fingers spread wide, on your chest just under your collarbone.

Close your eyes and take 2-3 deep breaths. That's it. Just breathe. 

 

Open your eyes and move forward with an amazing afternoon! ❤
